TWO WAY SYSTEM: retread tires can be retreaded and recaped by two way

system-mold cure(hot cure) and precure(cold cure). There are some differences

between mold cure and precure system, but the main process is almost the same.

1.mold cure system process

1) inspecting used tires to screen the unaccepted casing.

2) drying inspected tires in high temperature room.

3) buffing to remove the old tread and sidewall rubber.

4) skiving to remove the foreign materials and filling to cover the repairs

5) applying uncured rubber to tread and sidewall

6) curing in the mold.

7) final inspecting cured tires.

2.precure system process

1) inspecting used tires to screen the unaccepted casing.

2) drying inspected tires in high temperature room.

3) buffing to remove the old tread rubber.

4) skiving to remove the foreign materials and filling to cover the repairs

5) applying semi-cured tread to tread area.

6) curing in the autoclave(chamber) at low temperature.

7) final inspecting cured tires.
